What happens to your document
Text, prices, uploaded logos and document PDFs are processed in your browser. This version does not send those details to a document API, store them in an account, add them to public URLs or save them in browser storage. There is no account, payment or document-history service.
Files you choose to save
Downloading a PDF or draft saves a file through your browser. A draft contains your entered fields and any logo you added. Opening a draft reads that file locally and validates its format before replacing the current document. You control where files are saved and who receives them.
Ordinary website requests
Your browser requests pages, code and fonts from the website host. The host may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. CreateMyPaperwork is built by Team Psynapse and hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Azure processes ordinary hosting requests; no application analytics or separate request-log store has been configured by this app. Provider operational log retention is governed by Microsoft’s service policies.
Google AdSense
The public homepage and template guides load the Google AdSense script. Document editors, the about page, this privacy page and error pages do not load advertising scripts. Google may process connection information, use cookies or similar technologies, and display ads according to the site’s AdSense settings and applicable consent choices. Where applicable, use Privacy and cookie settings in a public page’s footer to change your choices through Google’s consent message. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Document fields are not intentionally sent to an advertising API. This site does not include a separate analytics service or an AI service, and fonts are hosted locally.
Keeping a copy
Save a draft before closing the tab if you want to return to it. We cannot recover files or unsaved document details. This page will be updated before changes to data handling are introduced.
